When I first created my 15 day challenge, I had no idea the impact it would have, not only on myself but on others!
I would have never dreamed of being able to help over 146,000 people learn how to lose weight, get fit, and change their lives.
I have absolutely loved being able to help coach you through the 15 days and beyond, showing you how to lose weight, finding your ideal shape, and improving your health. It’s truly an honor!
I can’t wait to see what the next year will bring, but for now l wanted to take some time and celebrate YOU and give some background to why I created the IdealShape for Life challenge.
Why I Created the IdealShape for Life Challenge
I created the IdealShape for Life challenge so I could reach more people and transform more lives. I wanted to create a program that people could do at home or in the gym.
I know first hand how difficult it can be to lose weight. I also know first hand how to lose weight, keep it off, and create healthy habits that last for life!
I struggled with my weight growing up. I was never happy with myself or my body, I didn’t feel cute enough, or skinny enough. The only time that I felt good enough was when I danced. For me, dance was my escape. During this time I forgot about everything else that was going wrong. I felt free.
But then I got injured, and could no longer dance. I ended up gaining 30 pounds in a short amount of time as a result of my injury. This was the darkest point of my life. I didn’t like who I was. I was not happy with myself or my body.
I had to learn how to transform my eating habits and to exercise correctly. It wasn’t easy, and it took time, practice, and error but I lost the weight and fell in love with fitness!
I’m a firm believer that with proper nutrition, exercise, and the right amount of self-love, people can transform their bodies and their lives.
So that is what I set out to do. To change lives through fitness and nutrition. Now I work with hundreds of clients every week and have come up with effective solutions to weight loss.
With over ten years of experience, I’ve helped thousands of individuals with their weight loss goals.
IdealShape for Life Success Stories
Hands down my favorite part of being a trainer is seeing all of the transformation stories. It’s so motivational not only for me, but for everybody in the social communities.

First, meet Evan. She’s lost 50 pounds doing several rounds of my challenge. Doesn’t she look fabulous?

I know that it can be way too easy to procrastinate change.
Sometimes you may feel like the timing isn’t right, that when you’re older, or when you have more money, or when you’re more in control of your life THEN you can do what you want. Then you will have the time to spend on yourself and lose the weight, then you can start a business, then you will eat healthier, then you can go back to school, then you will have more money, or whatever else it may be.
But the thing is, life will always be busy and hectic. There isn’t always a perfect moment. Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith. Step outside of your comfort zone and trust the journey.
Working on yourself is one of the best investments you can make. Better health will allow you to live the life you want, to the fullest! You’ll feel confident, happy, and full of energy.
