We all have something we’re passionate about. Just think about it. What would you rather be doing right now?
When you close your eyes and go to that place—that sacred place—where is it? What are you doing? How do you imagine yourself in that place?
That’s what I want to tap into with you. How do you imagine yourself to be? What do you look like? How do you feel in your own skin in your sacred place? What thoughts about yourself go through your mind?
There are lots of mediocre and average things in this world: food, activities, people, clothes, etc. Most of the time, we settle for things when they come our way either out of convenience, economics, or poor self-esteem. We just settle for average.
Instead, why not strive for ideal? If you had unlimited resources at your disposal and knew you could not fail, what would you do? How would you spend your time? What kind of foods would you eat? What activities would you engage in? What relationships would you have? What clothes would you wear? What thoughts would you have about yourself?
Now I know we all don’t have unlimited resources and we’re all carrying around different amounts of baggage…some of which resides in our bodies and some in our minds.
However, what if we take what resources we have and create something—anything—ideal for ourselves?
Make a transition from average to ideal. Change your thinking about yourself from negative to ideal. Change the food you put into your body from junk to ideal. Instead of lazy activities, make them ideal…
I’m inviting you to change your life from average to ideal right now! We’ll do it together, one step at a time. We’ll make small, simple, and easy changes. You’ll barely even notice at first. Soon, though, you’ll see the improvements in your life. You’ll be healthier, think confidently, accomplish things, and spend more time in your sacred place because it will be more of a reality.
