Day 3: 2.5 pounds down. Both nights I was worried because I feel so full! It's probably all the water I'm drinking! Not sure how " fast" I will continue to lose weight but I can't wait to see what tomorrow says! :)

Mixed up my lunchtime shake today. Vanilla mix, unsweetened almond milk, a tablespoon of sugar free lemon pudding and 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Can you say delicious?

I down loaded the sleep cd and thought this is silly, but I listened 2 nights in a row and WOW I passed out and woke up refreshed. David is awesome!!! best sleep in a long time, honestly!
