This is so important! I’m obviously a little biased, but until our self confidence grows and we believe that we can be successful we will fail. It’s that simple. In just one week of listening to the “Mastering your Mind” CD, I already feel more confident that I will reach my goals. It has helped me to realize how often I say negative things about myself. It has changed my mindset to be more positive about my body image.

I was extremely skeptical of this portion of the program. But it works! I find myself being much more positive after doing the Mastering the Mind CD.
I have begun listening to the Mastering Your Mind Volume 2. I absolutely LOVE it! It’s even more relaxing than the first. It goes a step deeper into solving why you gained weight in the first place. I am very excited for Volume 3 and 4!
I was also very skeptical about the hypnotherapy portion of the program, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to try it. I wanted to give the entire program 100%. I’ve noticed it’s been easier to continue reaching for my goals. I’ve felt positive about the changes I’m making and my experience losing weight has been different than anything I’ve done before.
