So let’s say you replace breakfast and lunch with a shake, you need to make sure that your dinner isn’t just full of simple carbohydrates (like spaghetti with sauce and no meat). Be sure to include protein and vegetables to give it the proper balance of nutrients.

How about the sodium content of these replacement shakes. As someon with high blood pressure, I am a little concerned. Can someone respond?

      Janet,
We have a lot of customers who have high blood pressure and do great while using our shakes. Of course, you will want to check with your doctor before using them. You can view the nutrition facts at this link: http://www.idealshape.com/meal-replacement-shakes/. But I can tell you that there are 210 mg of sodium in our chocolate shake and 190 mg in our vanilla shake.

      Elaine,
That really isn’t typical. In fact, I have never heard of that happening with any of our customers. Sometimes it takes a little while for your body to get used to the shake and for the weight loss to really start but never 3 weeks. It might be a good idea to call in to our customer support to get some help on that. The number is 1-800-515-0896

      Sophia,
The shakes are designed to replace one or two meals a day. For the other meal(s) you eat a healthy, well balanced meal. Its also fine to have snacks in between the shakes if you are hungry. We suggest some fruit or veggies, greek yogurt, nuts, etc. If you have any other questions feel free to call our customer service. That number is 1-800-515-0896.
