It would be nice if losing weight was as simple as many commercials make it out to be. I mean how many advertisements have you heard or seen that talk about effortless weight loss? But let’s be honest, effort is needed to actually lose weight and keep it off. Unfortunately effortless weight loss is nothing more than wishful thinking.

But what if you could get as close to effortless weight loss as possible? Would you do it? Meal replacement shakes are a great way to effectively lose weight while not putting forth a ton of effort. You just mix your shake once or twice a day and watch the weight come off. Be sure to include protein and vegetables to give it the proper balance of nutrients.

It is important to keep enough protein in your diet because protein will keep your blood sugar level where it needs to be and make sure that your muscles are receiving nutrients while you’re using replacement shakes for weight loss. It is also important to keep fruits and vegetables in your diet because they provide the vitamins and minerals that you need.

    How about the sodium content of these replacement shakes. As someon with high blood pressure, I am a little concerned. Can someone respond?

      We have a lot of customers who have high blood pressure and do great while using our shakes. Of course, you will want to check with your doctor before using them. You can view the nutrition facts at this link: But I can tell you that there are 210 mg of sodium in our chocolate shake and 190 mg in our vanilla shake.

      That really isn’t typical. In fact, I have never heard of that happening with any of our customers. Sometimes it takes a little while for your body to get used to the shake and for the weight loss to really start but never 3 weeks.       The shakes are designed to replace one or two meals a day. For the other meal(s) you eat a healthy, well balanced meal. Its also fine to have snacks in between the shakes if you are hungry.
