I started using IdealShape on Dec 6 as a meal replacement. The results are amazing! I am over 6' tall and weighed 307 pounds, a month later I weigh 285 pounds. I can't tell you enough how amazed I am at the results! I love your product!

Day 3: 2.5 pounds down. Both nights I was worried because I feel so full! It's probably all the water I'm drinking! Not sure how " fast" I will continue to lose weight but I can't wait to see what tomorrow says! :)

Mixed up my lunchtime shake today. Vanilla mix, unsweetened almond milk, a tablespoon of sugar free lemon pudding and 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Can you say delicious?

I down loaded the sleep cd and thought this is silly, but I listened 2 nights in a row and WOW I passed out and woke up refreshed. David is awesome!!! best sleep in a long time, honestly!

Great article. It’s just what I needed to hear today. I am a women who runs from the bathroom to the bedroom. I quickly throw clothes on, even if the clothes are not the outfit I had planned for the day, just so I don’t have to look at myself in the mirror. I’m ready to move away from that now, so tomorrow I shall attempt to make friends with the mirror. Eek!

what u should eat during training is alot of protien like meats. this helps muscles build easier and become stronger. when u lift alternate what u work on. work on arms one day and legs the other day. u shouldnt over lift because ur muscles need time to rest and if u dont get the rest u will never get stronger. be patient u cant be a huge guy in a day. work on a variety of excersises not just thing like benchpress. work all ur muscles.
well first off, everyone can get post traumatic stress from anything, its all mental, and i have it to be honest. Its not something you can control and its not something that is left unnoticed. You often catch yourself going through random flashbacks of a stressful situation. like I’ve noticed that when Im playing a video game, doesnt matter which game, but i was playing it and all of a sudden i was thinking about the stressful time that caused the post traumatic stress. and its like you re-live it temporarily, but some time had gone by because i had died on my game and my little sister had come in and asked me what i was doing. it causes bad dreams and makes you want to not sleep. depending on how bad it is. it just overall isnt something that is tolerable for very long
