Chocolate Cream Pie Pancakes

Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake Pancakes with berries

3/4 c oat flour
1 scoop Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake
1 tsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Using a 1/4 cup, pour batter on a hot griddle. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is cooked, flip and cook until both sides are done.

Add desired toppings, such as sugar free syrup, nut butter or fruit, etc! Makes 6 pancakes, serving size is 1 pancake.

Chocolate Cream Mini Pies

Crust:

6 low-fat graham crackers
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp. honey

Filling:

1 1/2 c tofu
2 scoops Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
dash of salt
1/2 c dark chocolate chips, melted

Preheat oven to 350℉, spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
In a blender or food processor, blend graham crackers into crumbs.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut oil and honey until combined.
Divide mixture evenly and press into the bottom of 12 muffin tins. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Add Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake, almond milk, cocoa powder, salt and melted chocolate chips into a blender. Add tofu to help thicken the mixture, and blend until smooth and silky.
Pour mixture over graham cracker crusts and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set. If desired, top with sugar-free whipped cream and dark chocolate chips. Makes 12 mini pies.

Mix all ingredients together until combined. Pour into small 3 oz. snack cups or popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks. Makes 4 pops, serving size is 1 pop.

Mix all ingredients together. If desired, top with unsweetened coconut flakes. Enjoy! Serves 1.

1/2 of a medium avocado
2 tbsp. baking stevia

1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk


Blend all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan.
Freeze until solid.
Remove from freezer and let sit for a few minutes before scooping. Enjoy! Serves 3.

Crust:

4 chocolate graham crackers
1 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. honey

Filling:
1/3 c canned unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 c plain greek yogurt
1 scoop Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. baking stevia


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees and spray ramekin or tart dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a blender or food processor, blend chocolate graham crackers into crumbs.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut oil, and honey until combined. Press mixture down into the bottom and sides of the dish. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Blend all filling ingredients together until smooth.

Pour into baked tart dish and refrigerate until filling has set. If desired, top with berries. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!

3/4 c whole wheat flour

1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 c agave nectar
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix oats, wheat flour, Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, agave nectar, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract.
Pour into the dry mixture and stir until combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
Bake for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!

1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c cocoa powder
1 scoop Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake
1/4 c agave nectar
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 9×9 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix bananas, applesauce, cocoa powder, IdealShake, and agave nectar until smooth.
Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes.

Cut into 12 brownies and enjoy!

1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1 scoop Chocolate Cream Pie IdealShake
1/4 c honey
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips, melted


Combine all ingredients.
Using a small cookie scoop, spoon out into small balls onto a wax paper covered tray and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
