But you know what everyone needs more of? Pumpkin Spice. You’ve seen it in the store, you’ve seen it on every food blog, you’ve seen it on every basic girls Instagram, and you start to think what’s become of this world?

Don’t let your hipster inclinations keep you from enjoying the best thing you could be eating this fall. Pumpkin spice has an amazing homey, flavorful taste that will have you begging for more.

We got you just what you need! Here are several pumpkin recipes to keep you and your friends feeling fun and festive this fall without sacrificing your health!

1. Pumpkin Spice Latte



  • 8 oz brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake
  • 2 tbsp. fat-free whip cream(optional)


  1. In a saucepan, mix coffee and almond milk over medium heat until just hot.
  2. Let cool for a minute or two and add Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour into mug. If desired, top with whip cream. Enjoy!

2. Pumpkin Schmear



  • 2 tbsp. greek yogurt cream cheese
  • 1/2 scoop Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 whole wheat bagel, toasted


  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and spread onto whole wheat bagel. Enjoy!

3. Pumpkin Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches



  • 2 tbsp. white whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. quick oats
  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Harvest IdealShake
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. 100% canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup Vanilla Bean Halo Top Ice Cream


  1. Combine flour, oats, Pumpkin Harvest IdealShake, pumpkin pie spice, and baking powder.
  2. Add pumpkin, egg, almond milk, and coconut oil and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into a prepared Belgian waffle maker and remove when finished.
  4. Freeze waffle for at least 10 minutes and split waffle into 4 separate pieces, then cut in half lengthwise and stuff each sandwich with ¼ cup Halo Top Ice Cream. Enjoy immediately or store in freezer.

4. Pumpkin Cheesecake Overnight Oats



  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake
  • 1 (5.3 oz) Chobani Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. greek yogurt cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 low-fat graham cracker, crushed


  1. Mix all ingredients and divide evenly between 4 mini mason jars, mugs, or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. Enjoy!

Serves 4. Serving size: 1 mini mason jar. Calories per serving: 160 / Protein 9g / Carbs 22g / Fat 4g

5. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins



  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop Harvest pumpkin IdealShake
  • 3/4 cup organic coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups 100% pure canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake, coconut sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add pumpkin, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin tins (should fill about 15) and bake for 20-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!

6. Peanut Butter Pumpkin Truffles



  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. 100% pure canned pumpkin
  • 2 scoops Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Mix peanut butter, pumpkin, Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake, coconut sugar, coconut flour, and pumpkin pie spice, and coconut oil until combined.
  2. Scoop out into cookie sized bites (should make about 15).
  3. Melt chocolate chips and dip or drizzle each bite. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Enjoy!

Serving size: 2 bites. Calories per serving: 245 / Protein 8g / Carbs 18g / Fat 16g

7. Pumpkin Coconut Steamer



  • 1 scoop Harvest Pumpkin IdealShake
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • 2 tbsp. fat free whip cream (optional)


  1. Heat coconut milk and coconut extract over low to medium heat until milk is hot and frothy (but not boiling).
  2. Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Pumpkin Harvest IdealShake and whisk until combined.
  4. If desired, top with fat free whip cream. Enjoy!
