Baked Blueberry French Toast


4 slices whole wheat bread

4 egg whites

1 c unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 c sugar-free maple syrup

1 c fresh blueberries

1 Blueberry Crisp IdealBar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a blender or food processor, blend Blueberry Crisp IdealBar until ground. Cube slices of bread and place into greased baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar-free maple syrup, and pour over bread. Top with blueberries and ground Blueberry Crisp Idealbar. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
