It’s smoothies! Delicious hunger blocking smoothies.

Now before you run off and throw a bunch of stuff in a blender, let me clarify that not any smoothie will help you lose weight. Many smoothies are just glorified milkshakes loaded with calories and processed sugar.

The secret to an effective weight loss smoothie is ingredients that block hunger, curb cravings and are super nutritious.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it a million times more, if you can’t control hunger and cravings, you won’t lose weight. Period.

But the good news is, I’ve put together a list smoothie of recipes that are specifically designed to help you lose weight. I’ve taken out all the guesswork!
