Crust Ingredients
1 Blueberry Crisp IdealBar
2 full low-fat graham crackers
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. honey

Filling Ingredients
2 tbsp. greek yogurt cream cheese
2 Yoplait Lemon Greek Yogurt Cups
1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and spray 6 muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. In a blender or food processor, blend Blueberry Crisp IdealBar and graham crackers until ground. Combine bar and graham cracker crumbs with honey and coconut oil and press down into muffin tins to create crusts. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine all cheesecake ingredients except blueberries and mix until smooth. Pour on top of crusts and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool. Top mini cheesecakes evenly with 1 cup fresh blueberries and enjoy!

Healthy Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats

1 Blueberry Crisp IdealBar
1 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c vanilla greek yogurt
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1/2 c fresh blueberries

In a blender or food processor, blend Blueberry Crisp IdealBar until ground. Pour into mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until combined. Pour into two small serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Enjoy!

1 Blueberry Crisp IdealBar

1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c honey
1/4 c dried blueberries

2 c fresh blueberries
2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c coconut sugar
2 tbsp. coconut oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse blueberries and toss with lemon juice. Pour into greased baking dish or cast iron skillet. Set aside.

In a blender or food processor, blend Blueberry Crisp IdealBar until ground. Mix with flour and coconut sugar, and pour over blueberry mixture. Drizzle coconut oil on top and bake for about 30 minutes, or until topping is golden brown. Enjoy!

1/4 c blueberries

4 slices whole wheat bread
4 egg whites

Blueberry Crisp Ice Cream Sandwiches for Weight Loss

1 Blueberry Crisp IdealBar
1/4 cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (or another low-cal ice cream)

On a cutting board or flat surface, place Blueberry Crisp IdealBar top down. Press it down with hands until it begins to flatten. Using a rolling pin, roll the bar out until the IdealBar is flat and wide. Carefully flip the bar over with a spatula and cut in half so that you have 2 pieces.

1 c spelt flour
1/2 c coconut sugar

1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, mix spelt flour, coconut sugar, 1/2 of the ground Blueberry Crisp IdealBars, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Pour into wet ingredients and stir until combined.
