Cereal Protein Pops

A cereal protein pop


  • 1 c non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
  • 1 c Honey Nut Cheerios


  1. Mix Greek yogurt and Vanilla IdealShake until smooth.
  2. Fold in Honey Nut Cheerios and scoop into six 3 oz. Snack cups and add popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze about 2 hours, or until solid. Enjoy!

Makes 6 pops. Serving size: 1 pop. Prep time: 5 minutes Freeze time: 2 + hours
