3 Chocolate Coconut Recipes For Weight loss

Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up all the tasty treats!

Making a few simple swaps in a recipe can eliminate a ton of the empty calories but still leave it packed full of delicious flavor! I am a chocolate lover myself, and I know how important it is to get in tasty sweets every now and again. I mean really, life is about balance! Am I right?

That’s why IdealShape came up with an extremely tasty IdealShake flavor – Chocolate Coconut! It is to die for on its own mixed with water or almond milk, but it can also be used to make some GREAT recipes.

To give you a few ideas for some healthy and delicious ways to use IdealShake, I decided to come out with some awesome recipes you have to try! Controlling your hunger for up to 3 hours plus a flavor that will satisfy any sweet tooth… can it get any better? I don’t think so!

Chocolate Coconut Recipes

Chocolate Coconut No Bake Bars



  • 1 ½ c old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Coconut IdealShake
  • ¼ c coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ¼ c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix oats, coconut flakes, Chocolate Coconut IdealShake, and cocoa powder together.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. Spoon into pan. Freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into 10 squares and enjoy!

Makes 10 bars. Serving size: 1 bar.


Chocolate Coconut Hot Cocoa



  1. Heat coconut milk and water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Stir in hot chocolate mix and let cool for at least 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk in Chocolate Coconut IdealShake and enjoy!

Serves 1.


Chocolate Coconut Almond Puppy Chow




  1. Over stovetop or in a microwave, melt coconut oil and almond butter until drippy stir into cereal until cereal is coated.
  2. Add IdealShake and shake in a covered Tupperware container until completely coated. Enjoy!

Serves 8. Serving size: ½ c
