Horchata Protein Smoothie



1 cup unsweetened rice milk

1 scoop vanilla idealshake

1 tsp. cinnamon



  1. Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!!

Serves 1. Serving size: entire smoothie. Calories per serving:150 / Protein 12g / Carbs 22g / Fat 5g

S’mores Frappe



1 cup brewed coffee

1 lowfat graham cracker

1 scoop Chocolate IdealShake

2 tbsp sugar free s’mores torani syrup

1 cup ice

2 tbsp fat free whip cream (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more ice if a thicker consistency if desired.
  2. Top with 2 tbsp fat free whipped cream. Enjoy!

Chocolate Mocha Banana



1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
