Horchata Protein Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened rice milk
1 scoop vanilla idealshake
1 tsp. cinnamon
- Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!!

1 cup brewed coffee
1 lowfat graham cracker
1 scoop Chocolate IdealShake
2 tbsp sugar free s’mores torani syrup
1 cup ice
2 tbsp fat free whip cream (optional)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more ice if a thicker consistency if desired.
- Top with 2 tbsp fat free whipped cream. Enjoy!

3 tsp. cocoa powder
