Ingredients

-1 c unsweetened rice milk

-1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake

-1 tsp. cinnamon

-Ice

Directions

S’mores Frappe

Ingredients

-1 c brewed coffee

-1 low-fat graham cracker

-1 c ice

Directions
