They’re low-calorie and packed with protein, plus because they contain IdealShake (which has a built in hunger-blocker!) they’re filling… so they’ll help keep your hands out of the cookie jar until lunchtime. Coconut Cream Pie
1 container Coconut Dannon Light n Fit Greek Yogurt
1 low-fat graham cracker to make the ‘pie crust’
1 tsp. unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Crumble graham cracker, stir into yogurt, and voila! We told you it was easy!
Make it a breakfast or workout protein smoothie:
Just add ½ cup chilled almond milk (or coconut milk, soy milk, rice milk, etc.) and 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate IdealShake. It should come out to under 300 calories, with at least 25g protein! Blend and enjoy!

Chocolate Coconut Caramel Mug Cake
1 scoop Mocha Idealshake
1 tbsp. stevia
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. coconut extract
7 tbsp. almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tbsp. shredded coconut Topping
1 tbsp. coconut cream
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. sugar free caramel syrup
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Spray large mug with cooking spray, pour batter in mug.
3. Microwave for 30 sec in increments for a total of 2 min. Make sure it doesn’t overflow!
