- 1 low-carb tortilla or wrap (50 cals)
- 2 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 tbsp. low-fat mozzarella cheese
1. On one half of the tortilla, spread chicken and cheese evenly. Fold in half and place in saucepan over medium heat.
2. Flip quesadilla once one side is golden and cheese has started to melt. Remove from heat and enjoy plain or with pico.
