It’s mid-January and time to announce some more IdealShape Winners who will be flown down to Park City, Utah this Fall! These two amazing women have made great strides in reaching their ideal shape and will also be entered for a chance to win a 7-day Caribbean cruise for two!
Our first winner is Christine Wright who has lost 60 lbs so far and her transformation is amazing!
Christine first realized it was time to change in the summer of 2012. Her young son was 5 and she realized in the 5 years since his birth, she had put on 50 lbs. It was the biggest she had ever been. She looked into some weight loss programs, bought diet pills and worked towards losing weight, but just wasn’t getting the results she wanted.
“I did some more research online,” she told me in a phone interview, “I found IdealShape and thought I might as well give it a shot.”
After drinking the shakes, she realized it was definitely something that could work for her. She began working out regularly, and using the meal replacement shakes and after a year, she has not only lost all the weight she gained after her pregnancy, she’s healthier than she has felt in a long time, as well.
She has about 20 lbs left to go still to reach her target, but with smart eating choices and her Zumba and kickboxing classes there’s little doubt she will be able to achieve these goals.
“I feel so much healthier, and can keep up with my son,” she says, “The shake has really worked wonders for me.”

Our 2nd winner this month is Kelli Herbert who has lost an incredible 116 lbs! Here’s her story:
“Two years ago I made a conscious decision to change my life by losing weight and improving my overall health. Since then, I’ve stayed dedicated to diet, exercise, and holistic healthcare. I was on a mission to get relief for my knees and back while also avoiding the risks of diabetes and heart disease that run on both sides of my family. When I started this weight loss journey, I was borderline diabetic with a thyroid condition amongst other things. I’m proud to say that I’ve stayed focused and committed to reaching my goal…As of today I’ve lost 116 pounds from my heaviest weight. It hasn’t been easy, but one thing is for sure…It’s definitely been worth the fight.”
“But I’m not done yet!”
“In the month of July I lost 14.2 pounds, which I’m very proud of. I’ve been working really hard for those numbers training 10-14 hours a week lifting weights, cross training, walking and stretching. When I train I wear a Polar Band with a weight loss program that gives me a training goal each week (training time and calories burned). It helps to have a goal to work toward each week. I also have a few other things that I do to keep my weight in check. I weigh myself first thing each morning, which most people don’t recommend, but it works well for me. I document my weight on myfitnesspal along with the food that I eat each day, which is a great visual tracking method. On days that I’m really busy and also want to keep my calories low and protein high I utilize protein shakes and bars that taste great and sustain me through out the day. Something that has kept me focused and on track is tracking my weight loss journey on Facebook. Making my weight loss goal and weekly progress known to the general public has held me accountable and motivated many people to get active. In turn, their success has motivated and inspired me right back.”
“Overall my health has improved dramatically and continues to improve by the day. The more weight I lose, the more pressure I take off my back and knees which is an absolute blessing. I had no idea how much pain I was in until I started getting relief. I’m also hoping to eliminate sleep apnea, fit comfortably in stadium seating and sit comfortably on an airplane amongst other things: things that average-sized people take for granted. Good health is a priceless commodity that I will never again take for granted. All of that being said, life is good and I couldn’t be happier!”
