Maple Vanilla Granola

  • 2 c old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c pecans, chopped
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1/3 c melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 c chopped dates


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine oats, almonds, Vanilla IdealShake, and coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup and coconut oil. Pour over dry mixture and stir until just combined. Spread onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes (do not stir or flip granola while baking).
  3. Once cool, break granola apart and add chopped dates. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!

Serves 9. Serving size: ⅓ cup.
