Mitch Lost 35 Pounds!

Just because I’m 52 doesn’t mean I can’t be in great shape! Ideal Shape provided the environment where I could change my brain, change my eating habits with their simple nutrition plans, change my workout so that it included muscle confusion, interval training, intense core workouts, and a lot of fun with the program. I went from 248 lbs to 225 lbs in 90 days and really saw some huge improvement!
