  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
  • 1/2 scoop Mocha IdealShake
  • 2 T. sugar free Torani caramel flavoring
  • Heat milk or coffee base, stir in IdealShake mix and caramel flavoring and blend!!
You can also do 1/2 cup coffee and 1/2 cup almond milk. The macros would be as follows: 121 calories, 11g protein, 11g carbs, 1g sugar
