I am so excited to finally share with you the new campaign that IdealShape is rolling out. It’s all about trying new things, building confidence, becoming who you feel you are on the inside, and my favorite thing–self love.
If you’ve been around here for a while, you know that I love self love. Self Love is something you have to learn before starting your weight loss journey. You’ve got to constantly be evaluating how you feel about yourself, and making changes when it’s necessary.
Here at IdealShape, we want to help you transform and improve your life. That means learning how to love who you are on the inside, while making it a reality on the outside as you find your physical ideal shape.
#BecomeYou is IdealShape’s new campaign all about self love and confidence. We want you to build up your confidence while also building your body. During this campaign, we will motivate and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone to try new things.
We know that everyone has something amazing in them, but sometimes it’s hard to find. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by your weight loss journey, or you feel limited by your body. #BecomeYou is going to empower you to make small changes with big results.

How #BecomeYou Can Help YOU On Your Weight Loss Journey
You might be thinking, “How is focusing on self love and confidence supposed to help me lose weight? Just give me workouts!
Here’s the deal–if you don’t work on the inside, you won’t be able to really work hard on the outside. Checking in with your feelings and your mental state will help you in your weight loss journey.
A weight loss journey can be mentally exhausting–the ups and downs of a scale, the occasional slip up on your meal plans, and a not-so-great workout can really bring you down. Sometimes, you might even quit and give up because of your occasional slip ups.
That is why we should put a focus on self love. You have to love yourself fully during your weight loss journey. When you focus on self love, you are more likely to keep going strong even when you slip up.
