Berry Pancakes


2 scoops IdealShape Pancake Mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup berries
3 tbs sugar-free Syrup *Optional*


  1. Add Idealshape Pancake Mix to a small mixing bowl, mix with water.
  2. Use 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto a preheated and lightly greased skillet or griddle. Flip once after bubbles stop forming, and cook each side until golden brown. Makes about 3 four-inch pancakes.
  3. Layer berries in between pancakes and top with sugar-free syrup. Enjoy!

Berry Muffins


1/2 cup mixed berries
1 cup Idealshape Pancake Mix
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tbs greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbs honey
1 1/2 tbs coconut oil
powdered erythritol *optional*


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together Idealshape Pancake Mix and baking soda. In a separate bowl whisk greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
    2. Heat the honey and coconut oil and stir together.
    3. Add the yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients, mix together. Then add coconut oil mixture. Fold in berries.
    4. Scoop into greased muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

Raspberry and Cream Waffles


1 cup IdealShape Pancake Mix
3/4 cups water
1 egg
1 tbs coconut oil-melted
1/4 cup greek yogurt
2 tbs sugar-free raspberry jam
1/4 cup fresh raspberries


  1. Mix together IdealShape Pancake Mix, Water, egg, and coconut oil. Heat your waffle iron, and use nonstick cooking spray. Place batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  2. Mix together greek yogurt and raspberry jam.
  3. Layer yogurt mixture onto waffles, and add fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
