Plus, these yummy mug cakes are healthy! That’s right… they are healthy you guys! So you can treat yourself and not feel guilty afterward! That’s a definite win in my book!

I’ve gone ahead and put together these 7 perfect protein mug cake recipes for you, each of which uses our IdealShake meal replacement shakes to add in the protein, the yummy flavor, and to keep them healthy and nutritious!

1. Strawberry Shortcake in a Mug

2 tbsp. almond flour
1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tsp. coconut oil, melted
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1/4 c fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp. lowfat whipped cream

Directions
In a microwave safe mug or dish, mix almond flour, Vanilla IdealShake, salt, and baking powder until combined. Add egg, coconut oil, and almond milk and mix until thoroughly combined.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds and top with whip cream and strawberries. Enjoy!

2. Snickerdoodle Mug Cake

2 tbsp. almond flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
1 egg

Directions
In a microwave safe mug or dish, mix flour, Vanilla IdealShake, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and egg. Mix thoroughly.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds and enjoy!

1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. white whole wheat flour
1/2 of a medium banana, mashed
1 egg
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk

Directions
In a microwave safe mug or dish, mix Vanilla IdealShake, flour, and baking powder. Add mashed banana, egg, coconut oil, and almond milk until thoroughly combined.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds and enjoy!

1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/1/8 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
4 drops red food coloring

Directions
In a microwave safe mug or dish, add Chocolate IdealShake, flour, and baking powder. Add vinegar, almond milk, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until combined. If desired, add red food coloring and mix.

1 full graham cracker, crumbled
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 egg
1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
1 large marshmallow

Directions
In a microwave safe mug or dish, add Chocolate IdealShake, crumbled graham cracker, and baking powder. Add almond milk, coconut oil, and egg and mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds. Top with marshmallow and let melt. Enjoy!
