Week 1 of 12: Shape Up Challenge

Welcome to the first week of the shape up challenge! We are so excited that you have joined us for the fun. This first week should be challenging but you can do it! If you stick with it you will see how quickly your body will adapt and you will be ready to dive into week two.

Our nutritional goal for the week can be found here, “The Importance of Counting Calories”. Counting calories may seem a little annoying, but taking the time to do it really can make all the difference in your “shape up” journey.

If you have any question you can email us. Or you can just ask in the comment section of this post so that everyone can learn because chances are someone has the exact same question as you.  And remember you should always talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program.
