Week11WorkoutYou’ve made it to the second to last week of the twelve week shape up challenge! We hope that you have stuck with the program up until this point and that you are happy with the results that you are seeing.

You are close to the end so stick with it and stay focused. You are doing a great job! We want to see you succeed!

For your nutritional goal this week we want you to focus on fat. We want you to understand why fat is an important part of your diet. We want you to know which fats you should be eating and which ones you should be avoiding. We want you to be getting the proper amount of the right kinds of fat in your diet.

Don’t forget to continue to work on all of the previous week’s nutritional goals as well. Doing that will really help you succeed throughout the challenge.
