FINALLY!! Week 12! You just have 7 more days and then you are DONE with the entire 12 week shape up challenge! We hope that you have stuck with the workouts and the nutritional goals and that you are seeing a difference in your body and in your life. But more than losing weight, we hope that you feel more healthy and happier than you did twelve weeks ago. We hope that you continue to stick to the healthy lifestyle that you have developed even after this 12 week program is over.

Your nutrition goal for this week is a little different than the previous week’s challenges. This week we want you to find ways that you can ‘keep it clean‘ in your life. Go ahead and check out the article to see what we mean by that.
