Week5WorkoutWeek five has arrived! You are almost half way through the entire challenge. Can you believe it? Hopefully you have been working your tail off but still enjoying yourself along the way. It’s important to enjoy the journey! Sweat hard and eat right this week. You can do it! You really can! Don’t let anything, especially yourself, get in the way of your success.

For your nutrition challenge this week we want you to focus on fast food. Her is the article we want you to check out: Cut the Fast Food (or at least make it healthier).  With fast food chains on every corner, quickly grabbing a bite to eat has become so convenient.  But, it’s definitely NOT convenient for our bodies or our waistlines! So stay away from those “convenient” dinners and start making some fresh, healthy meals!
