Week 9 of 12: Shape Up Challenge
Week 8 has come and gone! And now it’s time to start week 9. Keep working hard and staying focused. The challenge is almost over and to get the best results you need to put in your best efforts. And stick with it! Consistency is key!
For our nutritional goal this week we want you to focus on getting enough protein in your diet. Not just that, but we want you to make sure you are getting the right kinds of protein in your diet.
