Teriyaki Turkey Sliders

Healthy teriyaki turkey slides

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ c teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 fresh pineapple slices
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • 12 small lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Mix ground turkey, egg, ¼ c teriyaki sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper. Form into 12 patties and grill until desired doneness.
  2. Add patties to slider buns and top with red onion, fresh pineapple slices, lettuce, and 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce to each slider and serve.
