It can be a little surprising when all of the sudden you feel super confident in yourself and your ability to do hard things.

In fact, you’ll feel like you can do anything.

You might find that you carry your head a little higher, have better posture, and instead of hiding your body, flaunt it!

Now that all your old clothes don’t fit, people will start to comment how your clothes seem too loose. That means It’s time to go on a little shopping spree!

We all have people who doubt us and like to tear us down. How do you deal with those types of people?

You ignore them.

You might be tempted to focus on every imperfection, but remember those imperfections are what makes you so special.

Don’t forget you’ve worked hard, you’ve earned your body, imperfections and all. You may need to take more selfies to remind yourself. 😉

12. You’ll need more storage on your phone because your selfie game will be too strong.

Like I said, progress reminders are a good thing and all those selfies are going to add up!

Don’t be afraid to track how far you’ve come and have fun with all those selfies.

Visually seeing that progress is not only motivating, but you’ll inspire others!

13. You’ll spend a lot more time looking in the mirror.

You might catch yourself double taking each time you pass a mirror because, yes, you look that good.
