Vanilla french toast


  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 slices whole grain bread


  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, Vanilla Chai IdealShake, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Dip the slices of bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides of the bread evenly, and place onto a hot skillet or griddle over medium heat until browned on both sides.
  3. Enjoy with your choice of low-calorie syrup, fruit, etc.
