Warm Coconut Chocolate Pudding
- 2/3 c canned coconut milk
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 scoop Chocolate IdealShake
- Coconut flakes (topping, optional)
- Whisk together coconut milk, corn starch, Chocolate IdealShake, and coconut extract. Stir until cornstarch has dissolved. Cook 3-5 minutes, until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and divide equally into 2 dessert dishes or jars. Serve warm, top with coconut flakes if desired. Enjoy!
