Directions

Ingredients
1 c frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 c sugar-free Cool Whip®

Crust
6 low-fat graham crackers
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. honey

Filling
6 oz fat-free cream cheese
1 c plain Greek yogurt
2 egg whites

2 tsp. orange zest

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender or food processor pulse graham crackers into fine crumbs. Pour into a bowl and add coconut oil and honey and mix until combined. Press crust down into the bottom of a 9×9 pan(sprayed with nonstick spray) and bake for 5 minutes.
