As someone who has been in the fitness and weight loss industry for 10 years, I’ve seen so many clients try to lose weight with the wrong “healthy” smoothies only to gain weight. Ugh.

These weight loss smoothies taste as good as anything you’ll find at your favorite dessert place or smoothie shop but the difference is they’ll help you shed pounds while you’re enjoying them.

There’s nothing faster or healthier in the morning than a delicious, fresh smoothie. You can whip one up in no time and even take it with you on the go.

Rather than spending time making a big breakfast, you can make a smoothie and enjoy it as your first meal of the day instead. You’ll still get all the nutrients you need and you’ll save time and money.

They’re even a quick way to pack your diet full of fruits and veggies. Don’t have the time to chop up fruit or put together a salad? With smoothies, all you have to do is throw it in and blend it up!

They’re delicious! Need I say more? Ok, I’ll say more… All of us have tried some type of weight loss product that tastes disgusting. But these smoothies taste great!

Check out #4 below, it’s one of my faves! Even though it has spinach in it, it doesn’t have that “green” veggie taste. You’re getting all the nutrients from the spinach but all you taste is berries.
