IdealShape Smoothie Recipes Volume 2 (eBook)

I love the Shakes, but I have been sick fir a while so I haven't had a chance to get on here and look at the ebooks, but I will.

Inadvertently deleted this after paging through it.

I recommend getting this at least once. If you start to get bored with your Shakes this give you lots of options to spice them up.

I’m used to doing the same thing day in and day out! It’s great to have easy recipes to change up my plan and really hit some of the cravings!

The ebook was fantastic. It gave me a lot of good ideas!

I love these products the idealboost for my water I never like drinking water but now I do and I just recently started the idealshakes just can't decide which one is my favorite. Two of my co-workers have tried the shakes as well. Very happy with these products.

I think the ebook would be great if I could actually print it. Every time I try it stops printing after a certain page and tells me there is an error.

Whenever I have those nasty sugar cravings, I make my caramel shake. The first time I tried it I thought there had to be a huge sugar content. I checked the tub ingredients at least 3 times to make sure !!! Love my caramel shake in the morning with a little bit of coffee in it. Then my dinner is usually another caramel shake and fruit.

A lot of great recipes and they don’t cost a fortune to make!!! Great taste unlike some .
