5I recommend getting this at least once. If you start to get bored with your Shakes this give you lots of options to spice them up.

5I love these products the idealboost for my water I never like drinking water but now I do and I just recently started the idealshakes just can't decide which one is my favorite. Two of my co-workers have tried the shakes as well. Very happy with these products.

5Whenever I have those nasty sugar cravings, I make my caramel shake. The first time I tried it I thought there had to be a huge sugar content. I checked the tub ingredients at least 3 times to make sure !!! Love my caramel shake in the morning with a little bit of coffee in it. Then my dinner is usually another caramel shake and fruit.
