Boost is awesome! I drink it daily. Some of the flavors are a little to sweet but I have invented a few of my own flavors. I mix peach mango and coconut lime together. It is very refreshing! My newest flavor is peach rasberry with lemon juice. Peach rasberry lemonade! The best! When I drink this I am not hungry at all and I have a ton of energy.I am 63 years old and who doesn't need a boost

Great product, but not liking the pineapple strawberry taste
Let me start by saying that I love the way I feel after drinking the boost. I feel energized and ready for the day after my morning boost. The issue I have is with the pineapple strawberry flavor, not my cup of tea, it has an aftertaste that I do not like. I have yet to try the other flavors, so I can not give my opinion on those.

Although I can't do the IdealShakes on a regular basis due to health issues, I do my IdealBoost every day!! I love the Boost and use it throughout the day. Keeps me drinking my water and hydrated. I'm limited to my fluid intake so I choose wisely!! Peach Mango and Coconut Lime are my favorites!! Have yet to try the new Black cherry flavor so a free box would be fabulous!!

I love IdealBoost! I credit it for the fact that I haven't been sick the last two winters. I gives me energy, makes me want to drink water, and helps me between meals with reducing my cravings. I put it in a 16.9 oz bottle of water, because I don't like a super strong flavor, and it's perfect in that. I am about to order my 6th box of it. I will continue to order it. Pineapple strawberry is probably my favorite but I haven't yet tried the coconut lime. All of the flavors are good though.
