5oh my gosh what can I say about this drink!! I LOVE it!! It has the best flavor. I drink it all the time.....I have turned my co-workers on to it. I am going on vacation next week and this will be going with me. Thank you so much for this flavor!!

5I really love the black cherry flavored Ideal Boost. It has a real pleasant flavor that isn't too strong. The other flavors are ok, but I often add a lemon slice for an extra zip of flavor. But not necessary with the black cherry. It tastes great!

5Boost is one of my absolute FAVORITE Ideal Shape Products -- So convenient -- portable - amazing - tasty - affordable -- Oh My - a real game changer. Say you are out shopping and suddenly you realize your hungry but not near done.....Open up an Ideal Boost and pour into a water bottle and shake -- Drink -- then perhaps grab a healthy small apple or whatever - if desired -- NO MORE MCD's for Me -- ever. One of my Fav things to do is take a water bottle - drink down about 2 - 3 oz add an ideal boost and then shake and FREEZE -- yep freeze -- if you check on it about every hour and give the bottle a squeeze - soon it will be like a slushy - oh and I often will over freeze so I can take one with me on the road -- stays cold longer and so when I am ready to enjoy I have a quick - cold - refreshing beverage that ALSO CONTROLS my appetite -- OH MY -- that is why I said earlier - GAME CHANGER. Anyway - sorry so long -- I am absolutely LOVING the new Black Cherry Flavor -- has become mine and my son's FAVORITE BOOST. Thanks Ideal Shape - You did it AGAIN

1I like the idea of this product. Anything more natural is better than the Phentermine that the doctor gives me. However, I wish that it didn't have caffeine in it. Too many of these products have caffeine in them. As a person who cannot have much caffeine, it makes the product unavailable for use. If you had a caffeine free version, then I would definitely try it. For all those who aren't sensitive to stimulants like caffeine, epinephrine, even the Phentermine that I mentioned... I really hope that you try this and that it works for you.

5If I could recommend one IS product (hard I know) to anyone, it would be the idealboost. Take it around 11am or 2pm. I have mine around 3pm and it keeps me going for my entire evening with three kids and a workout. Best thing is there is no jitters and no crash. There is no funny after taste, no grainy texture, just mix with 16 oz water and your good to go. And I find that it does help to curb my appetite and when I do eat, I don't eat as much. Also, it mixes up very easily. No floating chunks. This is true of all the idealboost. But black cherry, is the newest flavor and it is amazing! I've heard the taste described many ways, but for me it tastes like a cherry tootsie pop. The first time I took a sip of this, it literally took me back to my childhood. You can't go wrong with this flavor.
