Aftertaste
Okay I’ve only been using this product for three days. I don’t know if it works. But I can tell you I’m experiencing the worst acid reflux from this with a nauseating after taste. The first time I ended up having to eat a boat load of greasy food just to get the yucky taste from coming up. I finally figured out its the pills because this morning all I had consumed was coffee and coffee never gives me this taste. Hopefully I can handle the taste too see if this product works. If not I may change this review rating to be worse.

I lost an inch on my booty. Not where I wanted to lol but fat is fat right. Definitely gives me energy.
Ideal CLA
I have been taking this for almost a month now. I have noticed an increase in immune strength. Anyone who has children knows how important it is to stay healthy but also how difficult it can be when someone in the house gets sick. With having three children, everyone has gotten sick in my house including my husband but I have stayed healthy. I usually end up getting sick because I am the one running on fumes while taking care of everyone but I have energy and have health. I hope this helps you. I will definitely keep taking this product.
