Good
I started using these when their sister company Idralafit stopped making their powder version. I take 3 not 2 BC on the other site it recommended 2000-3000mg of l cartine for max results. And I always did 3000. It really helped me loose weight. When i used it before. In con junction with CLA , shakes and diet. Im hoping to get the same results with this stuff. I do notice a small difference. Ive been using it for a month. I have 4 more bottles and I will update my review.
