Great Source
A lot of Omega 3 pills I’ve had over the years have a bad after taste—or worse the dreaded burp of fishiness! No issues with this supplement from IdealShape. A great product at a great price.

Great Product
I take this every day - you do not get that fishy taste either. it goes down easy. it has improved my dry skin, ever since I had the bypass weight operation, I needed that extra supplement. and this is it, I also take other supplements - they have to be chewable, so as soon as this line comes out with chewable ones I will be ordering them. but for now this supplement is not chewable, but does go down easy. I will keep this one on hand.

I love these pills. I have been taking them for past 2 weeks and I noticed more flexibility in my joints especially knees and way less popping. Plus I have no pain after work outs. I usually take 2 pills in the morning before breakfast. I think I'll make these my regular. Thank you!!!
