5I love this stuff!! It came with my package I purchased so I decided to give it a try. I've always had digestive (and constipation) issues and this stuff has helped tremendously! It's not a miracle pill, but it definitely helps your system run a little more consistent. Compared to other brands, this works the best.

5I received the probiotic free with my order during a promo. I began taking it immediately. I have been following a low carb plan, and as many of you know, it can cause some digestive issues.
