5The orangecream IdealShake is my favorite! It tastes just like an orange cream popsicle. It's one of the few that I didn't need to add extra ingredients too. though it is delicious with frozen strawberries and/or bananas. I hope it's back in stock soon!

51 cup of Tropicana 50 added to this is a delicious breakfast, am not hungry until my stomach tells me it is time for lunch. If and when I need some energy I add a glass of BOOST. I drink a full glass of water after drinking the smoothie. Am making progress on weight loss.
