5I went on this program on Oct 3. From then until Novembe 21, I lost 12 lbs. But...most importantly. ..my A1C went from 10.8 to 8.5. THAT was my goal and motivation. ..I loved the flavors I started with..Salted Carmel & Mocha. They truly control your appetite. I drink my smoothie in the morning around 830 taking my time.....By noon.. Im just feeling a little hungry so I eat according to the plan. By dinner. ..I'm still not starving so I find it easy to do the dinner plan perfectly. I love the meal bars..however I find the Peanut Butter ones to be very tasteless and gritty so I'm trying Blueberry on my next order. The Strawberry ones are the best so far to me. Ive had no side effects from the plan only noticing that it is imperative to keep your water content up or you may notice some constipation. Other than that....I LOVED this plan....I've even told my Dr. About it. He was very pleased with my resuls.

5I am hooked on Strawberry and MOCHA!! I am buying the egg nog since its a favorite drink of mine but let me tell you how easy this is. I am not hungry for 3-4 hours. Which is a good thing. I bring the strawberry and caramels crunch bar which ppare just ok! They both get me through the day until I get home and cook a nice clean meal. I am losing weight and is quite happy that I tried out Ideal shakes.

5I was extremely impressed with this shake. Not only did it decrease my appetite, but it taste wonderful. I mix mine with 12 oz of water instead of 8 as it was too sweet. There is no gritty texture and no aftertaste. Keeps me feeling full and not wanting to snack. I will be ordering again! Thank You Ideal Shake!

5I tried this when it was on special out of curiosity and I was surprised at how well it works! While I didn't notice a big burst of energy, I found a sustained level without a crash. I did notice a huge difference in my appetite! I drink it when I wake up and if I try to eat, I'm full after a couple of bites. My (adult) son tried this on a day that he had to pull a double shift in the restaurant he works in and came home raving about his energy and the fact that he was unable to eat the free meal provided by his management. I hadn't told him what it was supposed to do until he came home asking. He insisted that we order more so here we are! We just ordered our 8th box!

5Both the vanilla and mocha flavors are so good. I've been using ideal shape for a little over 2 weeks and I'm down 8 pounds! I replace 2 meals a day and just have dinner and 2 snacks. I use almond milk and usually add a banana. I don't write reviews too often, but I seriously really love having my shakes and they work well with my set caloric intake and other macronutrients goals. I really recommend giving this a try if you've been having trouble sticking to a weight loss plan like I have.

5I am an extremely picky eater, and am looking for ways to be healthier that work for my food issues. After reading a ton of meal replacement shake reviews, I finally settled on Idealshape, and boy, am I glad I did! I've only tried the chocolate so far, but it is great! I just put the powder in almond milk, and then mix it using the shaker bottle. It turns out creamy and grit-free (texture can be a huge problem for me). I am extremely happy with the taste and the nutrition packed into this product for the low price point. I will definitely stay loyal to Idealshape and try their other flavors!
